No lack of Oxygen here

While I'm not sure you have this one or not, it certainly qualifies as the most "genius" honorable mention possibly ever:

Two men who worked in a scrap yard recovered a liquid oxygen tank and decided it'd be great to have more oxygen for their cutting torches. They rigged the tank to hold a charge and got a guy they knew at a company that supplied liquid oxygen to fill it (illegally of course). On the way back to their scrap yard with the now full tank of LOX, they had a flat tire on their truck and stopped on the interstate to fix it. That's when the tank decided to detonate. One guy got flung across 5 lanes of traffic on a busy interstate, the other flew 40 feet. Both survived. The tank shot into the air, landing a quarter mile away in an apartment. Here's the safety bulletin on it:

Definitely Keep: Honorable Mention
Since only the two men were injured, I'm passing this as an HM. The remains of that truck -what were they THINKING!?!

The photos in the referenced articles are more than enough for me to vote for this. Thanks, Terry!
