Thief sets vehicles on fire Sunday
The person was attempting to steal gasoline using an electric drill to get into the fuel tank , while under the van with a container to catch the gasoline. They found the burnt drill and container under the van signs that the person was most certainly burned, they also found that the gas tank wasn't locked. Maybe a follow up if the person's burns become fatal.
