Cigarettes and propane equals boom

An honourable mention should go to this poor soul who, after putting a propane tank in the back seat of his car, decided to take a nap. Once he woke up, he unfortunately chose this time to light up his first cigarette after quitting a year before.

Propane, plus enclosed space, plus open flame equals an explosion that took the roof off his car. Miraculously, the man survived, but should earn an honourable mention for his enlightened attempt.

The timing is more coincidental than anything else but forgetting about a propane tank in your car does seem a little egregious to me. Thanks, Matthew.
