How to clean grease in your kitchen

The individual is still alive so it can't be an award but I believe he deserves a honorable mention. A major fire occurred in the center of Kyoto last Saturday (12th of May 2018), monopolizing 24 firefighters units, and leaving 7 building destroyed. Origin of the fire: the cook of a restaurant (3 stars at Michelin guide) tried to clean the greasy fan of his kitchen by burning it with a food flame torch burner.

Definitely Keep: Honorable Mention
"Tried to clean the greasy fan of his kitchen by burning it with a food flame torch burner". And started a fire. According to the article (with Google translate), no one was hurt. ....WHAT was he THINKING?? This, wow. Thank you, Pascal!

Given that nobody was apparently injured this is definitely worth of an HM as far as I'm concerned. If this dolt is a cook at a highly rated restaurant then he should have definitely known that grease is a big fire hazard so cleaning with fire is definitely NOT a good idea. Thanks, Pascal!
