Man falls through skylight
Man goes drinking with his friends after moving to Australia from Wales, decides to go back to his friends home and on the way back both decide to climb onto the top of a church. One falls through a skylight to his death after stepping on it once previously and not falling through.

I don't see any indication in the article that this man was drunk, just a single mention that they had gone out for drinks. I'm willing to accept this since he was clearly climbing/walking where he wasn't supposed to be. Thanks, Ben.

I read the article, and agree with Bruce. Two people 😃😃 stepped carefully OVER the skylight on the way there, but only ONE person 😃 stepped carefully over the skylight on the way back. No indication the 23 year old was 'just another drunk', no report of any drinking. It is true that this Darwin Award nominee did not plan out the demise carefully with a trebuchet and explosives, it was a quiet stupidity, and that's OK 😃
