A 25-year old woman jumped to her death while bungee jumping with her boyfriend. In a moment of confusion, the instructor said to jump, and while he meant to address her boyfriend, the woman mistakenly thought he was speaking to her. To everyone's surprise, she rushed forward anyway, wearing a harness with no rope attached, and lept off the bridge.
