Important point
Its so sad that while the mods dedicate hours and hours of time to review and make a decision on stories and Wendy doesn't have the energy to even add a good amount of stories each year. The website has been in a decline since 2010 with only 2014, 2017, and 2018 giving a good amount of stories. Its just sad because the term darwin awards is so popular on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, reddit. Youtube has millions of views on darwin award videos made recently. Twitter's #darwinaward and #darwinawards hashtags are super active. Wendy could've totally capitalized on this new surge of interest but sadly it hasn't and probably won't happen. This website should just be given to that James guy who has been writing the past 2 years darwin awards.
