A man bought gas for his lawn mower. Then he drove home. The gas was in a jug--not a proper container...
Which he was carrying in the passenger compartment of the car... Where the gas spilled... Where our award candidate was smoking.
The really cool moment in the video occurs when the explosion in the car blows the sun roof about 50 feet in the air. Bet that caused an ear pop. Normally this sort of bang only happens inside the car's engine.
Our candidate was rescued by a passing good samaritan. The burn victim is recovering in a local hospital.
