We have one or two similar stories in the archives but that's not enough for me to consider this sort of thing to be too commonplace yet. The submission could use more detail in the writeup, but the linked article provides some pretty impressive video & photos of the incident and the aftermath. He clearly underestimated the strength of the explosive by quite .a large margin. Thanks!
