One out of three ain't bad

Tulsa County sheriff’s deputies have identified a man who was electrocuted at a radio tower outside Sand Springs early Sunday, and a woman was arrested in connection with the death.

Albert Badger, 39, was found with cable cutters still attached to a nearby power supply and had burn marks on his body, according to an arrest report. His reported girlfriend, Angie West, 37, was booked into the Tulsa County jail on Sunday night on a complaint of first-degree murder. Prosecutors charged her on Monday, however, only with one count of entering with intent to steal copper, a felony.

Casey Roebuck, public information officer for the Sheriff’s Office, said another man who was found wounded at the radio tower also will be arrested

Surprisingly, we don't seem to have gotten this back when it occurred! And everyone in on it means no hurt bystanders. More crispy crooks copping copper for Darwin. Thanks, Steve!. For the other moderators. The "death when in commission of a crime" is often applied even when the deceased is at fault. http://wirelessestimator.com/articles/2019/one-copper-thief-dead-one-critical-after-oklahoma-am-transmitter-site-electrocution/
