paralyzed man base jumps

A man that became paralyzed permanently after jumping off a bridge at Twin Fall falls, Idaho. He than starts base jumping with his wheelchair and says he will go back to that bridge and jump it again!

He ended up in a wheel chair because of a BASE jumping accident, and he's since gone back to BASE jumping while in a wheel chair? Sounds like a DA waiting to happen for me, and I see that as plenty of grounds for an HM at this point.
