Admittedly, this is a common occurrence (much like trying to beat a train across a crossing), but this one is perhaps ahead of the pack. The fact that he had a camera rolling the whole time indicates that he was being deliberate and fully expected to earn some bragging rights. The radio warns of flash floods, but does HE care?? Nah...Instead, he shows egregious stupidity and loses his motorcycle in the process. He could have lost his life. Thanks, dwight...the video says it all!
