Man crushed when stone fence panel collapses.

A Lewisville, TX man was found dead Wednesday morning after a stone fence collapsed on top of him, officials said. Preliminary results indicate that Scott Rhew, 36, died from asphyxiation from being trapped, according to Troy Taylor, chief investigator for Denton County. Police were called about 9:30 a.m. to the intersection of North Mill and Jones streets, where Rhew's body was found along a stone fence, according to Lewisville police Capt. Kevin Deaver. Police believe Rhew was trying to crawl under the fence when a panel collapsed on him. The fence separates an electric substation and a business area. The fence ends 50 feet away from where Rhew was found. Written by: Megan Gray, Denton Record-Chronicle.

Definitely Keep: Darwin Award
As I started reading this I was wondering why it was submitted. Then I got to the bit about the fence ending 50 feet away. That certainly makes the case as far as I'm concerned. Thanks!

Wait, he could have walked around the fence by exercising a bit of patience? Thanks!
