Anthony Williams, 39, of Columbia was found hanging by a harness strapped to a frame holding electrical transformers approximately 20 feet in the air. It appears he was attempting to steal copper from the transformers, the coroner said.

Williams' body may have been there for a couple of days, according to Watts.

Is it a bit ironic that the crazy stunt of stealing copper from a live transformer was done on the old mental health hospital grounds?

What is worse is that others tried to follow his example in the days after the body was found but unfortunately were stopped by police before they could also remove themselves from the gene pool.
