In August 2013, surgeons discovered something wasn't quite right with a 70 year old Canberran man's penis. Namely the addition of a 10cm fork. Apparently the man inserted the fork of his own volition but it's currently unknown for the reasons behind it. Twitter was swamped with possible theories - Many suggested a sexual misadventure, but what ever it was, it has since gone viral including a mention in the The International Journal of Surgery.

The fork was later removed with forceps via general anaesthetic and 'copious lubrication'.

Even if he doesn't lose his ability to reproduce, he does deserve an honourable mention
