Police say the man was found dead in the 7700 block of Oxman Road around 5:45 p.m. Authorities say he connected the jumper cables from his truck to the electrical panel of his home.

I disagree with Candi. Connecting jumper cables from a car directly to an electrical panel is the height of stupidity as far as I'm concerned. It would take very specific action to open up an electrical panel to attach jumper cables to it, so he had to be aware of what he was doing. Thanks, Edward!
