Substation tagger

Not a recent stupid action but one I am surprised hasn't made it on the list of candidates.

A tagger in Santa Fe NM climbed over the razor topped wall of a 115 kV substation to leave his mark. Unfortunately the paint spray vapor resulted in an high voltage/current arc that caused severe burns to the tagger and his ultimate death.
