Man died sawing missile jet engine

The 47 years old man in Redholm village, Russia died trying to cut a jet engine taken from multiple rocket launcher weapon system in his garden with cutting torch. The investigation is trying to find out, where did he get it and why tried to saw it.

I took the liberty of translating this, and it would seem we might have a winner here! For the life of me, I cannot fathom WHY OR FOR WHAT PURPOSE someone would use such an implement, much less try cutting it with a torch. Perhaps he wanted to grow tomatoes?? Thanks Demiurge!
