Alas, not a Darwin Award material, but a strong Honorable Mention nominee in my opinion.

A drunken 29-year old stood by the road near Zlotoryja and tried to kick at the passing-by cars. He managed to kick three cars. Trying to kick the fourth one he ran in front of passing by motorcycle. The biker drove into the kicker tearing off his leg. The leg was too badly damaged to be reatached. The man will face the trial, most likely he will get a jail sentence for causing an accident. The biker didn't get injured.
