The young man in question had been out drinking with his friends untill 1:15am, when he proceeded to get behind the wheel of an unregistered car and perform "Slipping and Sliding Actions" on a vacant block.

This is an excerpt from the aritcle itself as it is hillariuos to read. "He then drove back onto the Surf Coast Highway and was travelling south at 70 to 80 km/h when he turned to his passengers and said, "wouldn't it be funny if I just jumped out?"

"Without warning, Robinson opened the driver's side door and leapt out of the moving car landing on the roadway."

He survived with some major head injuries and his friends managed to bring the car to a safe stop thanks to the fast actions of a passenger in the rear.

His blood alcohol level was .138 and when qusetion about the event the man claimed he had no recollection of it.

Not suprising really, probably didn't know why he did it either.

The only issue I have with this story is that the driver left his four passengers in a potentially deadly situation. If it wasn't for the fast thinking of one of them then all four could have been seriously injured or killed. But since they weren't then I think this guys idiocy is well worth an HM. Thanks, Bails!
