An 18 year old lad from County Durham, England decides to make a few bucks by selling scrap metal. There's been a whole spate of metal thefts all over the country, ranging from manhole covers to church roof lead, and even a memorial statue.

Anyway, presumably with no metal at hand he goes to a derelict building to steal the electrical cabling from there.

Sadly, he only suffered burns to his arms and head, after being jolted by 11 thousand volts.
