(15 December 2009, Germany) A U2 subway driver found a dead body laying besides the underground tracks in Berlin. Because there were no video surveillance cameras at that location, it took police two days to reconstruct what had happened. Apparently Yasin A., 22, was alone in the subway car when he decided it would be a brilliant idea to destroy one of the windows. By swinging feet forward from a handrail into the window, he not only managed to burst the glass but also succeeded in being sucked out of the moving train, and was left dead on the tracks. He was alone in the compartment at the time; if an observer had been present in the car, perhaps the young underground rider would not have engaged in destructive nonsense that led to his senseless death.

Senseless death in the course tunnel. The young rioter, who was found dead on Wednesday on the tracks between emperor dam and Theodor Heuss place, is identified.

Yasin A. (22) was obviously torn when out stepping a windowpane from a course of the U2. On Wednesday morning the corpse of the young Spandauers had been discovered by a platoon leader. Few meters beside the dead one a burst windowpane from an underground of the GDR series GI/1E lay, in which no closed circuit television is installed. At the course concerned the fitting damage was found later.

In co-operation with that Federal Constitutional Court could determine the police now, what happened: Therefore Yasin A. at the emperor dam had risen into the underground, noted the video cameras on station. In the course it must have gotten momentum then at the support rods and out-step the disk. It was torn from the course. Which drove it to this act, is unclear.

At the act time the compartment was empty. Someone would be would have been there, the Yasin A. from this destructive nonsense would have held - he would perhaps still live.
