Darwin says, "Accepted into the Archive. Double Darwin!"

In Belgium, Dinant, two bank robbers tried to "open" an ATM with dynamite. They destroyed the building, and got buried under the debris. One of the bank robbers died, the other one is being recovered from the debris. The ATM is however in good shape, according to mayor Richard Fournaux from Dinant.

I will let Darwin consider this one. Working against it is a sparse write-up and no way to translate it; working FOR it, however, is the cartooniness of the ATM surviving the blast that destroyed everything else!
