Darwin says, "Yikes! Yeah I guess she should have known better if she grew up in Norway, but it seems like a tragic accident to me. However, thanks for bringing this story to my attention, Daniel. Hope the cautionary tale saves someone else's life."
Late in february 2007 there was a huge snowstorm in the western part of Norway.

There were many tragic things that period, like people freezing in the car for hpurs, old people who couldn't get out for food.. cars were "gone" windows were under the snow.. etc..

But one day, there was a girl of 18.

She was home alone for an afternoon, and felt kinda boored. So, what can you do?

"I've got a big pile of snow, probably much higher than me, why not jump in it?"

The girl went out on her balcony, if she was well dressed, I don't know, and she jumped in the huge pile of snow!

as she was alone, she couldn't get help out, and she couldn't do anything herself, so she died of suffocation..

It would seem like common sense to me to know what you're getting yourself into when you jump into something like water, a pile of leaves, or in this case snow. Also never do it alone in case something like this happens! Thanks for the submission, Daniel!
