Well, it was really cold that day. So they took some gunpowder and put it in a metal pipe. Unfortunately, they were sitting next to a propane heater at the time. Do I really need to say what happened next? Believe it or not, these two idiots actually survived their stupidity, but not without injuries. Among the injuries were permanent hearing loss,leg injuries, and a lost hand. The Solicitor's Office will decide whether or not to press charges after completing its investigation into the incident.

Said one official "Constructing the pipe bomb in itself is dangerous. Building a bomb next to a propane heater is an added risk."
