Trailor Trash

2005 Reader Submission
Pending Acceptance

During a recent hurricane weathered by Floridians (hurricane katrina), one man who has not yet been identified decided not only to ignore the countless warnings to move to a shelter and stay in his mobile home (anyone who has seen the effects of hurricanes or tornadoes know what happens to mobile homes), but LEAVE his mobile home during its strongest moments to inspect some minor damage caused by a tree branch. While out in the storm, the man was crushed by a falling tree. The same tree, incidently, who'se branch had lured him out in the first place.

The Darwin Awards communits salutes nature for its gracious removal of yet another idiot from the gene pool.

Definitely Keep: Darwin Award
I have lived in a mobile home, and went through a storm that was almost a hurricane. They aren't safe to be in during such a storm, and no one that lives in one could possibly think they were.
