Riding on a skateboard without a helmet...no Darwin. Riding on a skateboard on street pavement... no Darwin.

Riding on a skateboard by a moving SUV... no Darwin. Riding on a skateboard, without a helmet, on street pavement, holding onto a moving SUV driven by your brother... is a classic Darwin.

25-year old Cecilio of San Diego was doing just that.

Riding on a skateboard and being pulled by his brother's (Patrick) SUV must have been quite a ride. However,poor Cecilio fell over, and was ran over by his brother. One can only presume what that bump felt like in the SUV.

Medics tried reviving Cecilio at the scene, but was later pronounced dead at the hospital.

His brother is being charged with involuntary manslaugter.

Just remember kids (or adults)just because it seems like a fun idea, it probably isn't.
