A man in Lier, Belgium was lucky to get out of his car just in time when it got stuck on the traintracks with a train approaching.

But the angel on his shoulder had flown away by the time the train drove past. The train launched the car in to the man who was killed instantly.

When the man had gotten stuck on the tracks, he jumped out of his car and stood behind the barrier of the level crossing. When the oncoming train drove in to the car, it catapulted the car into the man standing behind the barrier.

I like this one. Even though train accidents are very common, standing where the car is going to be pushed is new.

Definitely Toss: Other
He could not know where the train was going to toss the car. He was likely panicked, and couldn't have figured it out if he tried. And the car getting stuck on the tracks is likely accident rather than stupidity.

Ironic, but simple irony does not a DA make. He was standing behind the barriers, so I'd have to agree with Charles. Just an unfortunate accident.

Definitely Keep: Honorable Mention
Maybe he didn't have a good idea where the car would be shoved, but he knew that the train was going to hit it and should have gotten as far away from the impact site as possible. Just an honorable mention though, because it wasn't his fault the car got stuck to start with.

I can agree with both sides here. He didn't know where it'd go, though he should have run like heck. However, in train accidents, bystanders (those inside the train) often get hurt as well. I'd like to know a little more of the details.
