Come High, Fall Low

Pending Acceptance

asahiko Ueno, a retired public medical examiner from the Tokyo Metropolitan Inspection Hospital, discusses his book "Otoko to Onna no Kanashii Shitai (Forlorn Corpses of Men and Women)" in Shukan Post (2003:11/21), quoted and translated in Mainichi Shimbun's English edition, 11 Nov 2003:

"One night a young man climbed up a utility pole and gained an unobstructed view of a second-floor bedroom. Inside was a couple in the act of androgynation. The young man held his breath and peered with intense interest. After a while he began onanizing himself. As he approached climax, he forgot he was holding the utility pole, let go of his hands in ecstasy and fell to the ground, dying," Ueno tells Shukan Post.

ainchi is usually pretty careful about their sources, but WaiWai, from what I've seen, is not. (I read crimelibrary.com, and Mainchi is one of their regular sources for news.) I'd need more sources before ruling this more than an UL.

we may keep this if someone can get the doctor to verify the story with his witnesses, otherwise I too think i's UL.

Sounds like a UL- I'd need verification.

Perhaps a personal account unless the good doctor gives a reference. Were there witnesses?

Somewhat reminiscent of John Belushi in amimal house. Sounds more like an UL to me, but I suppose it could have happened.
