16 or not, I don't like practical jokers and consider any practical joker to be lacking in maturity. Having said that, I admit my prejudice and will be neutual - but it isn't amusing in the slightest.

Allways give a story, not just a URL- The links are often gone before we get to rate the stories. This kid was going to pretend to be hanging off the cliff to scare his mom. Instead, he really did fall off the cliff. 16 may be mature enough, but it's not funny as presented. Let the viewers rate it.
