Tijuana, B.C., Mexico.- Shaken by powerful electric shock a young man dies while his friend was with serious injuries. The incident happen approximately to 21:10 hours of Monday (2/XII/2002) when they tried to paint (graffiti) a transformer of the Federal Commission of Electricity (CFE).
The deceased was Cristian Alberto Hernandez Bernal, 17, whereas the wounded is Luis Alberto Fiel Bravo, 16.
Witnesses of the tragic event explained that young men scaled a post of the CFE installed in Fundadores Boulevard. It is evident that their intentions were to get on the transformer and leave certainty on it painting the abbreviations of their names or their band.
But their recklessness cost them very hard, because both of them received a great electric shock that caused that one of them fell of a height of eight meters (26.2 ft) and the other one was hanging of the metalic base of the transformer.
When paramedics arrived, Fiel Bravo was in convulsions whereas his friend did not shown vital signs. From the clothes of Hernadez Bernal roll out a painting spray.
