The story: An army mission in Nicaragua discovered a pensioner had patched up the roof of his shack with six anti-tank mines. Helec Noa Watson, who's 72, found the mines in an old barracks and had no idea of their destructive power. He put them on top of his old roof to stop it leaking and to save it from being blown away by the wind, reports the Efe news agency.... One could write this off to ignorance, but it is so absurd that I am tempted to keep it (at least with the text posted)
