2003 Reader Submission
Pending Acceptance

A farm keeper from São Paulo, Brazil, went to burn a bee hive in a orange tree... He didn't know exactly how to proceed, just knew the hive should be burned, and he knew bees stings too!!!

So, he protected his head with a plastic bag, very well closed in his neck.

Prepared this way, he grab a torch and went to fight the bees...

His wife got worried when he didn't come back hours later. She went to look for him, and found him dead.

Police said it wasn't the bees who killed him, but the simple lack of oxigen. He forgot to make holes for breathing...

His English isn't that bad, and the original is Portugese - the story confirms.
