I saw the story, and noticed no one else had translated it yet... so I headed over to http://babelfish.altavista.com. I've also tried to do some cleaning up of the grammar. The "high" they refer to escapes me, though.

Youngster R.M. received high in this monday, three days after to being admitted to the General Hospital of the State, in Salvador, for having injected industrial silica in the penis.

(buttocks, I'm assuming, based on the previous story) Rosângela had five surgeries to contain the action of the product, applied for one travesti (?), but it did not resist.
