TUCSON, Arizona -- A fellow enthusiast of radio-controlled airplanes calls it "the freakiest of freak accidents."
A 60-year-old Arizona man was killed when his radio-controlled plane crashed into his chest.
The president of the Southern Arizona Modelers said it appears Roger Wallace lost sight of his six-pound airplane in the sunlight.
The plane club's president said Wallace used to be a drag racer but he switched to operating airplanes because he thought it was safer.
