Adam Taylor was a student at Exeter College ans was "studying" to be a chef, if it was quite early on in the course you could probably forgive this mistake, but it wasn't, it was in fact the third year out of four. Anyway, for of adam's projects he had to make an italian meal and decided to make a traditional italian bread to go with the meal as a side dish, eager to use the departments new bread mixer he hastily threw in all of the ingredients not taking into account the fact that italian bread is very sticky at the mixing stage, it clogged up the machine. so in his infinate wisdom he proceded to pull out the mix to free the machine's mixing arm, without switching it off, so as you can imagine when he succeeded the arm kicked into life, swang 'round, and broke his arm in four places. after 9 weeks adam returned to college and to much ridicule, but when asked just how he had managed to break his arm whilst making bread he felt obliged to show his classmates, so in plunged his hand, and snap went his arm...again, but this time in 5 places, forming a nice cork-screw shape, adam left, never to return...idiot Submitted on 02/05/02
